Any fans of Cavenders Greek seasoning? I started using it recently and enjoy it on several things that be grilled, particularly on chicken.
Foe those that like it I was just wondering what else do you use it on?

I use it mostly for naked chicken strips and macaroni and cheese. It is awesome in Mac and cheese.

I can confirm that it's fantastic on leg of lamb, veggies, and potatoes. When I was in high school a mom of a friend used to use it as a steak rub, which was great with potatoes au gratin.

Try it on popcorn. You’re welcome

It's a wonderful seasoning. I use it a lot on roasted potatoes and other vegetables. Also use it on steak, pork chops, chicken and sometimes grilled shrimp. I've mixed it in softened butter for a topping on split French bread, toasted in the oven and that's delicious.

I only buy the unsalted and love it. I tend to use it most when you think you are missing something and just need a little extra. Very versatile and use it as part of my seasoning on everything.

I use it on chicken a lot. Sometimes I like to put it in vinegar and let the chicken marinate in it. Never really thought to use it on anything else. After seeing some of the comments here, I'm definitely trying it out on some taters.

Chicken leg quarters grilled with Cavenders. After you take them off the coals put them in a pan and cover in poppyseed salad dressing and cover with foil. Rest them for about 20min.

Mix a tablespoon or two into a cup of Greek yogurt and spread it on your favorite cut of chicken or large chunks of diced pork tenderloin. Allow 30 minutes or longer to marinade then slap that on the grill and get ready for some of the juiciest grilled meat you every had.
Additionally you can add complimentary ingredients such as fresh herbs (oregano, thyme, dill), lemon zest/ juice, olive oil, and garlic to the marinade to enhance the flavors in the seasoning.

Sautéed meat and or vegetables with butter & olive oil (little squeeze of lemon at the end if we got one in the fridge).
Put on salad greens before dressing. It’s good with just about any dressing.
Sometimes dry brine pork chops with it and then cook hot & fast.
It’s a versatile seasoning.

I love Cavenders especially on red snapper. My wife doesn’t like me to use it though because she says it has MSG in it and makes her blood pressure go sky high. We tried the no salt one or whatever the blue one is and it didn’t taste very good. I thought she just had it in her head that it made her BP go up but if I sneak some in right after we get through eating her BP starts acting up.

I make a vinaigrette with it that everyone raves about. Super simple:
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Cavendar’s
1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
Put into a small Tupperware and shake well

Grilled zucchini. I slice it into thick planks, then smear with olive oil and season with Cavender's before grilling.
