Going to be staying over on Seacrest Beach for five days. Does anyone have any experience with early morning surf fishing in the area? I was thinking about bringing some rides with me, but wasn’t sure if it would be worth my while.

Staying at the Fort Lauderdale Ritz Carlton for 3 nights in August. Looks like there’s a water taxi from the hotel to different bars/restaurants.
