Prayers for the GOAT

Tiger Woods

Jack Nicklaus is the GOAT my friend and has more majors than Tiger to prove it. However, I will agree with Prayers for Tiger.

If he comes back from this and takes the all time lead in PGA wins Tiger is GOAT, even if he doesn't catch Jack in Majors, IMO.

GumboPot - They all agree that majors is the grading point. Jack in his day was better than Tiger in his day.

Maybe it was just trash from the road?

Certainly could be. Hell, if you crash in Louisiana it’d be odd if there wasn’t a discarded bottle of liquor wherever your car ends up.

Such a simpleton view. Nothing screams a good comparison like when one guy is beating up on world class athletes, and the other is beating up on insurance salesmen.

It's very possible he will have to be on painkillers the rest of his life . He had to have mixed something ,an opiate addict or someone with a high tolerance wouldnt be impaired enough by them alone to effect driving. Unless he is sleepy too or taking benzos too.

If he was sleepy and on pills he could have nodded off

Sometimes a clean break is better. He wont be back to normal walking even for over a year with those injuries. The ankle especially

Look someone gets it.

Tiger won the Masters by 12 and US Open at Pebble by 15. Against world class players from all over the globe.

Most Jack ever won by was 7. Against a bunch of insurance salesmen that played part time professionally.

Tiger is the GOAT.

Or he could have been fricked up in pills which caused him to oversleep, and then he got in a hurry and hit a curb

"Woods, 45, was staying at the Rolling Hills resort after hosting The Genesis Invitational tournament last week, and he was filming as part of a deal he has with Golf Digest and Discovery Channel"

He checked off both boxes

Damn, crazy to think we nearly lost Kobe and Tiger within 13 months of each other.

I’ll never understand these people when feeling mildly unwell/hooped up on meds/drugs etc, choosing to drive themselves.

There is literally no evidence of this. The road was downhill and on a curve. Crashes are common there apparently.

I wouldn’t be surprised AT ALL if it turns out he is still self medicating to some level and on some shite that he shouldn’t be.

But looking at his schedule and what he was doing leaves the door open that it was just a speeding mishap.

He didn’t look great on Sunday but he’s been busy as hell and I’m not sure he’d be this impaired during all these public and professional appearances. He looked fine in Wade’s video. And he was on his way to some golf digest filming stuff. I’m just not sure if he’d be willing to be THAT fricked up that he couldn’t operate a vehicle.

Idk.
