Why didn't you answer the question?

Why didn't you answer the question?
But I am 100% positive it was extremely difficult for a black man to become a pro golfer if they were born in 1940
It be fact that is being argued proves this site will argue anything

I am.... as usual you are being stupid.... they had pro golfers in the 60’s and 70’s.... they had the same chance as any golfer to win...

For clarity, Tiger would not have been invited to play the masters until his 35th birthday if he was born in 1940

You are so wrapped up into arguing your original point that you completely fail to see what we are talking about
You proved my point for me tenfold

Not sure what that has to do with the clear undeniable fact on how difficult it was for a black man born in 1940 to pursue a career in golf

I did, but it was removed. Someone RA’d

So think about that when you compare who had to compete against the best competition
Well, theres one simple question to shut you up. 25 years after Tiger entered the scene, where are the dominant black golfers of today?
All other sports had the same color barrier, and with few exceptions, multiple black athletes have made identifiable legacies. Golf is one of those exceptions
Therefore, Jack would have faced the same level as talent as Tiger, no matter when either of them was born

think you meant Nicklaus vs Nicholson
Well in fairness, Nicholson couldve pulled off the role of worlds greatest golfer, I think. Hes won an Oscar

As long as he had a double hitting the golf shots. I wonder what he would tell a writer who asked what he thought was a stupid question?

And the Tour is so completely overrun by people of color today.
The biggest barrier is money. Golf requires a lot of it to play and play well.
We can discuss money and the black community on the PT.

You pick some really odd hills to die one. No one said it wasn't harder, but there weren't that many who wanted to. It's not a hard concept at all if you want to go with facts and not simple argue for the sake of argument.
