The China stuff looks like bribery, but we dont know yet exactly what the money was supposed to be for and what Biden was supposed to deliver in exchange. As a sitting VP you cannot accept money in exchange for influence granted from your position in government. Which brings up:

Ukraine. This, to me, is the most obvious crime we have evidence of in the public sphere. Biden literally is on tape saying he shut down the prosecution and investigation into Burisma Holdings, the company his son (family) was involved in. Burisma was under investigation for losing track of over a billion dollars in IMF investment via Ukraine government. IMF investment comes mostly from the US taxpayers. This to me is a very obvious crime that only needs a few more minor dots to fully connect a bullet proof case of bribery and extortion.

Other posters have mentioned the tax evasion issues as well. Those are legitimate.

I've always heard you don't owe taxes on money earned outside the United States. However if the Biden boys didn't register as a foreign agent then that is a problem.

It's probably in here. You'll have to put in some extra work to narrow it down to your liking.

18 U.S. Code §?207. Restrictions on former officers, employees, and elected officials of the executive and legislative branches

Violation of a provision of the above for Joe, conspiracy to do same for Hunter. Just a little spitballing here.

How would you answer this if the name was Trump instead of Biden?

frick no. It's suspected they gave up intel assets in China that China then picked up. That's a whole lot of murder and treason. No deals for these people. It's time to make an example.

Muh what crimes? Is this the new talking point? Sorry libs this excuse ain't going to cut it.

There's receipts. And there's video and there's witnesses and there's a laptop with emails and text messages outlining details.

We'll just wait and see what crimes come out if it but you can bet there are several.

On top of that even if you do somehow manage to elect this senile old crook to the US presidency this corruption will be a dark cloud hanging over the entire term of the presidency. Guaranteed.

I heard Graham is involved in the Ukraine cash dash. He/Significant other has a foundation where cash went.

Several conservatives don't want these names out there.

If they’re guilty, they should be charged and tried. After the election of course. At least in Miss Lindsey’s case, the Republican Governor can appoint a successor that keeps Reps in control of Senate.

What about writing and passing NAFTA and then having companies that employ Chinese workers Instead of Americans and then making money off of that company?
