Would a conditional pardon in exchange for concession work

If the President offered to pardon the Biden family and every lawmaker involved in exchange for all the dirt and contacts they had with foreign governments, as well as forfeiting all foreign assets in exchange for both Biden and Harris dropping out would Mrs. Biden convince her husband to take the deal?

I heard Graham is involved in the Ukraine cash dash. He/Significant other has a foundation where cash went.
