McDonald's had a black CEO not that long ago.

I rarely see mcdonalds go out of business in bad neighborhoods.

Good. This needs to happen more. Force these corporations to twist into a pretzel. They're already forcing this shite down employee throats.

Uhhh...the reasonably run ones' owners do very very well.

The irony is that stuff like this is probably creating systematic racism where it didn't exist before.

As business owners, they should've done their due diligence on the areas McDonald's wanted them to go.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't part of owning a business having an acute awareness of all your expenses?

Again, no personal responsibility for making poor business decisions.

The lawsuit itself implies that a business in a “black community” cannot be profitable. Why is that? What is the basis for that line of thought?

Why do black people not want to support their own committed? Why is the goal to be granted a franchise in a “white community”. What is a white community?

That shite is rediculous and I suspect will either be settled for pocket change or torn apart by a half decent team off attorneys.

Is there a corrolation between franchises that have a working milkshake machine and one that is "broken"? I bet the franchises that have a working machine are more successful than the non working franchises.

How is that anything more than a poor business decision? I will bet every single cent to my name that no one held a gun to their heads and forced them to sign franchise paperwork.

If a McD’s fails you must be one shitty manager. A McDonalds on the North Pole would make money

Yup. These days anyone with any sense that is in a position to hire someone honestly has to weigh the costs of the bullshite they may have to deal with if they end up having to fire that person.

Such oppression.

So if anything negative happens to the black community, it couldn't possibly be any number of other things besides racism?

How narcissistic

McDonalds should be sued for contributing to the overt fatness of black people. They have systematically targeted them with their advertising for the last two decades.
Skinny white people are complicit in this crime because we didn't explain why we were eating all of the sh*tty Subway sandwiches during the same time period.
