One of the first, most successful black McDonald's owners in the country emerged in Jackson MS in the late 70s. He had something like 8-10 stores and McDs was giving him more every year. He was featured in some national publications and all that.
But he built a big McMansion over in the (cough) wrong part of town. Had a fleet of Mercedes and started believing his own press clippings.
Basically stopped running the restaurants and started partying and saying he was gonna run for public office and all that. Stopped paying his bills. You know the rest.....

I just want to say,
McDonald's loves black people. Advertising overthe last decade proves it.
I was actually offended by McDonald's being so racist towards me. I used to love MickeyDs when I was a kid. frick them.

Awesome.
The EPA came aboutbecause if companies dumping pollutants into the environment and no enforcement agency there to show the true economic costs.
I hope this opens the eyes to companies hiring diversity and liberal arts students to entry level positions. No matter what, these people will cost more in training, putting up with their petty bullshite, and eventual lawsuit. The true cost of hiring a conservative, hardworking person just got less when adding the future litigation costs from progressives.

McDonald's has pandered to black people like their life depended upon it for the last 20 years. They even had a black McDonald's website (365black.com). Pretty much everyone in a McDonald's commercial is black. Not sure systematic racism and McDonald's makes much sense.

It is the second largest franchise behind Subway in the United States. They make more during the morning hours than Wendy's will in a day.
