Kidney stone and it’s not even close. They say it’s like child birth. If that is true, I can’t believe we aren’t extinct.

Kicked a door jam and ripped every ligament in my little toe. It was hanging on by skin only. Took the doctor no less than 8 tries to set it before giving up and just taping it and saying come back in a week. Each time setting it was worse than the last. I was sweating bullets for nearly two hours.

The shot between the toes before getting an ingrown toenail cut out.
That shot burned with the intensity of a million trillion suns followed by what felt like someone rubbing ghost pepper into an open wound then covering it up with salt and lemon juice.

Ingrown toenail that got infected. Was supposed to get it cut out the next day but practiced anyway. Someone landed on my toe in baseketball practice the day before. Only time i ever cried in high school sports.

Pancreatitis.
When a grown man with a high pain tolerance is curled into the fetal position in a corner of the room, propelled there from writhing, sweating and eyes pouring forth tears unable to speak and barely able to wave his hand, that is pain!
I've driven a 5 speed and walked up and down stairs for 6 hours on a right foot broken in 2 places, I've unrolled a paperclip and heated it over a flame to burn off a persistent wart, dislocated joints, dental surgeries...nothing comes close to pancreatitis in my experience.

Sciatic nerve pain down my right leg for 6 months followed by a back fusion on L4 and L5

2 things come to mind.
1. Tore ligaments in my thumb in 8th grade. Just excruciating pain that didn't subside for several hours. I was in the fetal position on the floor of the emergency clinic waiting room praying for death it was so bad.
2. The day after I had back surgery. I had no appetite and was nervous about getting nauseous from the pain pills if I took them on an empty stomach. So I didn't take any the morning after surgery, and by lunchtime the pain and discomfort was awful. The worst part was there was no way to lie in the bed that didn't exasperate the discomfort. I finally took 3 percocets and was able to drift off to an opiate induced haze and when I woke up the pain was manageable.

Pick up lacrosse game in college. Stepped in front of a shot and took a solid rubber lacrosse ball straight in the head of my dick. I almost immediately puked.

Broken collar bone sticking thru my skin. Slipped on a wet patio and landed on my back, bone popped thru the front.. I thought about ending it all right there.
