Texas is enormous. There are different climates in Texas. Austin is Hill Country, and it is bordering a wine growing region. It might be hot during the day, but it cools quickly as the sun drops.

It was 92 degrees at 10:00pm last night.

actually some of the horns new starters on defense have started multiple games for them. not that many players but a few. not enough to make a big difference though.

They don't seriously think they are better in the pass game then we are defending it.. I guarantee you, if you gave them a lie detector test and asked if they believe they can score 40 threw the air, that needle would be jumping up and down like an aggie "yell leader".

By the second game of the season if the new starters are better than the old starters the new ones should have been starting last year.

honestly if you don’t think they have a chance you’re the delusional one. we SHOULD win and I think we will, but saying they have no chance is nonsense and asking for a wisconsin repeat.

I'm not making fun of religion in itself, I'm making fun of his cheesy arse avatar that looks like something a Facebook mom would post. Tying religion, family and football together in one sentence is the most "good old boy" thing someone could do

Tejas fans are cocky because they're playing at home, and possibly because they won our last meeting 15 years ago, and have a top notch QB.

Only 2/3 apply to our upcoming game.

There are significant ramifications on this game. Recruiting being one of them. For them and us.

Their QB is going to exit that game early with a case of PTSD.

He's gonna get his jock rocked early and often.

I think bama fans wear that crown

I mean Bama has gone to the national championship in 7 of the last 10 seasons. They have a huge group of trashy dumbasses as their sidewalk fanbase who literally have nothing going for them in life aside from Alabama football, but their grads that I’ve met have generally been ok. Texas on the other hand has easily the most arrogant, dislikable group of grads and it’s not even close. I have some friends from Houston and their UT buddies that I’ve met have been a bunch of complete tools

Does the Texas superiority at the Head Coach position make up for the lack of returning starters? That is the question.

Y'all are giving them a run for their money.

Texas thinks they will win because it's their fricking team.

Just like LSU fans predict to win every game.

I'm not sure where those graphs are from, maybe it's a different Austin. As I mentioned, it's going to be at least 90 degrees at kickoff.

Well....the LSU fans think that THEIR team will win, too.....I suppose we'll just have to wait for Saturday to see which fan base is correct.....

This coming Saturday in Austin, 102 hi, 74 low, 44% humidity. Baton Rouge, 99 hi, 74 low, 50% humidity. Don’t think the heat will be an advantage for either team.
