We know he has an elite DEFENSIVE staff. Held bama to lowest point total for season in SEC regular season games. 3 points 1st quarter and 2 points in SECOND half. Held ole miss to fewest points in SEC game.
CBK did NOT inherit JD5. He recruited him to LSU.
Not exclusive to SEC but all of college football.

LSU jacked kiffin from om. webels did NOT sell him.
Easy win?? LSU worst team under CBK took the BEST webel team in over half century to last play. LSU scored on 2nd drive of game and held lead till late 2nd quarter. Tigers then proceeded to OUT score you in 2nd half. Held om offense to ONE FG in 2nd half. One score game. Know the significance of 1 score game? outcome can turn on one play.
Where were those coaching last week? Sure wasn't in oxford.
Watch LSU soar in the rankings when it's all said and done and the portal additions are added on.
As you can see they were COMMITTED to LSU NOT the coach. Signed to LSU even though not sure of defensive coaching status.
Check the avg couyon. Smallest LSU class I can remember. Maybe CBKs first class would have to check. Either way kelly's 1st class didn't have the studs like what Kiffin brought in.
Would be hard pressed to find a better DLine haul ever anywhere.
Really enjoyed watching the Big Blue on youtube this past season. The Snapper (AKA Coach Pere) would have been amazed watching the SL offense operate.

Then it's shrimp season, women's basketball, gym followed by baseball. It's LA blue crab season all year round. Not every school is a one trick pony like the turds.

Saban said same thing in '00 when he got the job. While in NFL he noticed ALL those NFL players that were from LA.
