I can think of several from The West Wing.

"Dinner Party" from The Office is arguably the most uncomfortable and anxious I've ever been watching Network TV

I’m pretty sure I’ve heard the actors didn’t know they were killing him off and the reactions from them in the scene were real. Is that true?
