He won't be. There are enough laws in place to make anyone a process criminal. The entire goal of Mueller was to facilitate impeachment.

No matter what happened, Trump was never going to be "cleared" by Mueller.
The whole thing was a fishing expedition from the beginning.
Mueller and his sHitlary sycophant lawyers were going to find "something" on Trump.
Even if it was nothing "illegal," they would at least find something embarrassing which they would make it seem to be "illegal".
This whole SCAM was right out of the East German Stasi playbook.
If the same thing was done to Odumbf*ck, sHitlary, and Valerie Jarrett, they would all HANG for TREASON.

The term witch hunt is more of a commentary on how the investigation is being handled, not necessarily the result.
Regardless of what side of the aisle you are on, them creating procedural crimes to come up with something is pathetic and a waste of tax dollars.
The point of any investigation should not be to create crimes.

NY state AG is preparing a legal assault on the Trump empire in NY.

Does your little hypothetical really think the report is going to state “President Trump is cleared in all matters concerning this investigation”?
It won’t. Plus as long as there are unnamed, unindicted co-conspirators Trump will always be guilty in people’s eyes. Hell it could come out and say he did nothing wrong and a significant portion of the left would still think he is guilty of something.
