I think the part where Mitchell mentions how Ford was unable to remember numerous details about recent event casts doubt on the reliability of Ford’s memory really stuck out. This woman can’t remmeber shite she’s done in the past week, would not be surprised her entire memory of the event is a falsely constructed one

Mitchell may be having some fun with them on that point.

Ford was probably treated as a mushroom by the Dems... kept in the dark and fed a bunch of shite.

Not knowing could be her lying to prevent a perjury trap or may be a case of really not knowing because this has been stage managed so much.

I hope to hell that Kav goes after all these accusers and owns a bunch of houses after that and they are bunking in mom's basement again.

So if a prosecutor brought charges, it would mean something for a prosecutor to not bring charges?

I didn't realize she has NOT given her therapist notes to the SJC.

Would an ethical doctor turn over his personal notes of a patient to that patient just because it was requested, especially knowing the patient was going to give those notes to an unrelated third party? I raised a red flag over that when I heard it in her testimony but I haven't seen where anyone else did.

I believe PTs always have rights to access their notes. What they do with them... is up to them. I'll check with some docs in the family, but that's my understanding.

Well if the doctor did then I assume that would give the FBI carte blanche to also see those personal notes but I have yet to see that being discussed anywhere. Oh well.

The question I was screaming at the TV to be asked, What was the loud music that was playing? If she fumbled the answer, a big tip off that she's lying. Songs playing at significant moments good or bad...trigger those memories ever thereafter. ...at least for women I know. I've heard that verified by women I know over the years in dozens of circumstances. It is a pertinent question. No one has ever asked her that that I've seen. Great report by Mitchell.

I think she did a good job with he questioning and was definitely fair in her approach. This will fall on deaf ears because it’s not what they want to hear though.

She would’ve had a song ready to go that would’ve been from that time on the top 40 countdown from that summer.

I thought her Senate testimony was 4 boys and 2 other girls present? Or was that referring to her and Leyland being the 2 girls? I thought she added a girl there.

The number is more fluid than a progressive’s gender. It’s been told so many different ways it’s hard to keep up.

Look, we admit that No one in a million years would bring charges or convict this man based on what we see here, but we aren't trying to convict him, we are just trying to ruin his life without cause, so you should ignore all of the facts presented and just let us destroy this man because we don't agree with his stances on protecting unborn children and the constitution.

Anyone that questioned Mitchell's approach has not taken more than a General Psychology class in college. She completely destroyed Ford without looking like she did. I would hate to have her prosecuting me. She was incredible.
