But you were trying to prove a crime had been committed. Distinction without a difference

PoliBoard lawyers help me out, but this would hardly approach the "preponderance of evidence" threshold that would be required in civil law as well.
In other words, it's a total joke and an attempt to railroad an innocent man just because he happens to have a different political persuasion than you. One that you claim doesn't give a frick about any of us because he is for deregulation. A kafkaesque character assassination exacted on a man and his family due to your side's selfish, petulant hysteria.

Hey, what kind of stuff did you know last week when you were saying you knew for sure Kav was going to get the nod?

I thought I knew about his HS calendars before it broke (although someone on here said I was late anyway).

Somewhere, somehow, I hope Kav is cracking open a nice cold one right now while reading this report.

Sadly all that matters is the narrative and political pressure at this point. Cocaine Mitch's biggest test yet!

I didn't realize she has NOT given her therapist notes to the SJC. She gave them to WaPo, but not hte committee... at the time she wanted to remain anonymous? This makes no sense.
Once again. This is not normal behavior.

Mitchell should have written that on a piece of construction paper with a crayon so Dr. Ford could better relate to the formatting.

It's actually unclear if she even provided them to WaPo as far as I recall the events.

This was prepared in anticipation of the Dems marching Ford into some police station to file a complaint.
This won't stop them from doing it but they are trying to stay a step ahead.
They know the week will be filled with shenanigans.

That’s what I remember too. She told Mitchell in her 12 year old space cadette voice that she couldn’t remember if she told the wapo reporter about her therapy notes or if she actually gave the reporter a copy of the therapy records

quote:Almost. She can't remember whether she did or didn't. But her lawyers have agreed that she waived privilege by third-party disclosure (they won't answer who). But other than DiFi's office or WaPo who else would it be?

There's so much shady isht going on. Honest people dont' have these problems.

Seriously, the FBI should take the Mitchell Report and run with it. Case closed.

You forgot to include that she did not believe it met preponderance of evidence standards for even a civil case. its even weaker than a "he said, she said" case...
