Depends, am I cooking, or am I eating my feelings?

If I'm cooking, it's soup or beans or gumbo or chili.

If I'm reacting, it's ice cream or chips or a sleeve of saltines and some cheese (and it doesn't have to be good cheese. American slices quartered). Or bread and butter. Bring on the carbs!
