re: Anyone see Jojo Rabbit? (No spoilers) - Cap Crunch
I can't stand Rebel Wilson so that may have turned me off a bit
I think there's a very fine line between just the right amount and too much when it comes to actresses like Rebel Wilson, and I thought Jojo Rabbit had the perfect amount. I think she also perfectly fit the silly tone of...

re: Anyone see Jojo Rabbit? (No spoilers) - Cap Crunch
I saw it this week and loved it. Like everyone in this thread says, it does such a great job of blending together moments of silly comedy, heartbreak, and uplifting scenes. It did a perfect job of showing the absurdity and silliness of blind nationalism/hate while also showing the real life devastat...
Who was the masked game warden beating the shite out of Veidt?
My guess is the warden is some creation of Dr. Manhattan, or perhaps Dr. Manhattan himself.
I just want to make sure i followed this episode correctly. Veidt is who killed the 3 million people in New York? Not the ...

re: WATCHMEN Season Long Thread - S1, EP5: "Little Fear of Lightning" - Cap Crunch
Yeah, Dr. Manhattan must have set up a prison for him on Mars' moons while he's trying to create life on Mars. Maybe he's using Veidt to test out his creations?...

re: WATCHMEN Season Long Thread - S1, EP5: "Little Fear of Lightning" - Cap Crunch
I know it was on Netflix for a while because it was one of those movies that was always on my list but I never got around to watching it before it went off. I ended up reading the book over the summer and that made me want to watch the movie before the show started. BTW, not too sound too much...
Since L.G. said that the hood/robe/badge were "old school", I'm wondering if Judd's grandfather was involved in the Tulsa massacre, pitting his family against Angela's.
