Is the groping that Franken is being accused depicted in that photo?

If so, I gotta be honest... that seems like a whole lotta nothing. I mean, I wouldn't be mad if Franken lost his seat, but I'm also a man and I don't like this road we seem to be going down with what's being called sexual assault these days. The guy was clearly just joking around like people do every day... and he didn't even really touch her.
So is there more to the story that I'm not aware of or is it just that photo?

The optics of the picture is all that is important here. Like another poster said, how do we know that a second or two before that photo that he didn't actually have his hands on the position of her breasts? It's all about optics.

I don't care that he did what he did. The only thing I care about is that he's treated as equally as shitty as Roy Moore is being treated. But, as we all know, the media will treat AF with kid gloves while claiming that a forged note in a yearbook is irrefutable proof of rape.
