My house is just right at 74, but I sleep with the fan on high above me.

75 during the day and 69 at night for entergy bill purposes. I never get cold at night and I'm 6'1 185. First thing I do in a hotel is crank that sucker down as low as it goes.

Interesting. Worth the purchase?
No doubt. The lower humidity in the house feels better even though we now set the thermostat a few degrees higher. Feels clammy.
Get a humidity gauge and if your indoor humidity is above 50%, you will notice a big difference with lower humidity levels. I had trouble getting it below 60% because my grandkids come in and out my house 500 times a day.

Right now 71-72 with fan at night, 77 during day. House is positioned well north/south with no direct sun into windows

Somewhat OT, do old people have different body thermostats?
Yes. It is hot as hell when I visit my parents' house. It was not always that way.

73 feels cold . 69 Is too cold and I've never had to go that low. Keep it on 75 during day and an Icy 70 at night.

My apartment is set at 68 and stays there. I went to my parents' house last week and theirs was set at 74. I was sweating bullets within 10 minutes.

I set my AC to 67 before bed and sweat almost every night. That's on top of covers with the fan on. I'd put it at 60 if not for moneys and the health of my unit. Something is wrong with me.

My ac is at 78 and I had to turn it up last night I so cold. Anything under 75 is ridiculous.....But in the winter I keep it at 70.....
