I had a window unit in my frat house room even though the AC worked perfectly fine. Kept it set at 64. I cant stand being hot while sleeping. 70-71 is tolerable, but I prefer about 68-69. I will be sleeping naked on top of the covers if I'm in a house where someone tries to put it at 75 at night.

Below 60 is cold to me. 68-75 is comfortable.

In the winter, I never turn my thermostat above 58 degrees. When it's cold, I like sleeping under a lot of cover. I don't use a comforter until it gets into the 50's outside. I have a bed spread that holds a comforter. Until it gets cool, I just use it without the comforter. If it's freezing, I add a blanket. It's really hard to get out from under the covers when it's really cold, but you move fast once you get up.

For most homes, 72 degrees is a design temperature.

I keep it 70 at night, plus a ceiling fan and a personal fan blowing directly in my face.

I have a few different family/friends that set their places at 60. Thats freezing! I am comfortable at 72-74 when it's real hot out.
I shared a vaca house with family members that set a/c at 60 while the outside temp was in the 90s, and it was like walking into an ice box. Glasses fog up.

65 and that rarely feels “cold”. It’s comfy for sleeping. I rarely use the heater and if so, on 60, in the interest of others.

Usually keep the house around 70. But, 66 right now is a little too cold, according to my family. I'm hot as hell no matter what.

ETA: Some of these temps are shocking to me. My son's pulmonologist told me years ago that the house should be 68-71 at all times to prevent bacterial growth in our humid climate. I generally try to stay in that frame.
