Lately (ever since I started on my CPAP) about 5-6 per night max.

And I feel great when I wake up.

For the past few months, between work and school, 2-3 max. Some nights none. I will catch 15 minutes anytime the opportunity presents itself. Finish school in March, excited to not be a walking zombie anymore.

Truth. When I was in school I worked a night job at a bar and an internship 30 hours a week. On a normal day I left my House at 6:30 and didn't get home until at least 2am. I stayed up 24 hours consistently the two weeknights that I worked at the bar.

It felt like I sleepwalked my way through my last two semesters.

Now I work 10's. Operating on 6 hours of sleep is pretty easy, but I work a pretty labor intensive job outside. If I was working a desk job it would suck to have less than 8 hours of sleep.

I used to have problems falling asleep at night but now I'm so damn tired when I get home it's everything I can do to stay up past 8:30. I do leave me house at 5 though.

6 hours usually, but i wake up a couple times each night so it's never really consecutive, even with trazadone.

Asleep at 10:00, up at half past 4 during the week like clockwork.

On the weekends it depends on how much I drink.

Generally if I sleep more than 5-6 hours I'm either hungover, sick or worn out.

You think 10:30 is early?

I go to bed now around 8:30-9; get up 3:30-3:45 so I can work out before getting ready for work. I have to leave my house by 7 to go to work

ETA: So I aim for at least 6-7 hours of sleep now. Better for my health.

I need about 6. My wife needs 9 ish and wants me there for all of it. If I follow her schedule for a few nights, the extra sleep will accumulate and I won't sleep for a night to get back on schedule.

6 hours is a good night for me. Last night I got about 4 hours of solid sleep. The rest tossing and turning.

according to my fitbit, I've averaged 6 hours 53 minutes of sleep this week and most weeks it seems to average between 6.5 and 7.5

mild insomnia guy here, usually 6-7 with the aid of a sleeping pill, but got tired of relying on them and feeling hungover the next day so i switched to herbal stuff.

First week on it and love it so far. Its a slow burn and ive slept 7-8 hours all week.
