Looking to upgrade our pots and pans and curious what y’all recommend? Just looking for everyday cookware. Thank you!

I got a 12 piece stainless Cuisinart set last year that is a replica of the All Clad for 1/2 the price. Would've went AllClad if I was O-T balling but they've been great to cook with. I added a 12" MadeIn skillet (awesome) and have old faithful cast iron dutch oven for everything else.

It doesn't matter what kind you want. Stainless? Non-Stick? Ceramic coated?

Get Made-In. Best kitchen tools I've ever touched.

1 Yeti Cast Iron (not joking)
1 set of MadeIn Stainless and + a Carbon Steel or two
1 cheap nonstick. Replace every year. AmazonBasics is fine

I've had this Tramontina Set for two or three years and I'm very pleased with it. They clean up easy, cook great, and food doesn't stick if you give it time to heat up before you add your proteins.

I got my set that is identical from Costco and added an additional 4qt sauce pan from Amazon.

They are my everyday cookware, and I do have some Staub and All Clad stuff.

The sauce pans are 3qt. I added an extra 3qt, not 4qt.

Recommendation for pots/pans

I have all stainless frying pans, sauce pans, saucier, and stock pots by Made In and Heritage Steel.

For non-stick pans, I have an 8" and 10" Amazon Basics. They have held up well, but when it's time to toss them, I will -- very inexpensive to replace.

Misen nitrified non stick carbon steel. No coatings. You can use metal utensils and wash with soap. No rust. Great pans.

All of Misen's cookware is really good, I have a good bit of stainless, and they're enameled pots, have held up really well over the last 5 years.

I have a set of stainless le creuset and a set of cast iron as well.

Great products. I didn't buy either original set, but they are good enough I've added a few pieces.

All Clad

+1

Don't need the fancy 5-7-30 ply the good old 3 ply is great stuff.

18/0 stainless exterior for induction compatibility, with 18/10 stainless interior for the non-reactivity and ease of maintenance wrapped around an aluminum core for excellent heat conduction and distribution you get the strengths of all three with the drawbacks of none.

Looks for sales on their web page or when they put up 2nds. Doesn't need to be All-Clad, Made in and a number of other clad cookware makers make good stuff.

We have done this for us and for gifts for the kids. It is a good way to get them at a reasonable price. Been using All Clad for 37 years. Haven’t worn one out yet. Except for a non-stick coated pan. That purchase was a mistake. Stick with stainless steel.

Most of my stuff is All-Clad. I also have Solidteknicks "wrought iron" which is basically heavy duty carbon steel. So it's a hybrid between cast iron and carbon steel. I use those 2 pans more than anything else.
