Marlie’s in French Settlement

Went today for lunch. Wife and I shared the crab balls with crab au gratin ap. Very good. Wife’s meal was the trio plate. It was crawfish pies, crawfish etouffe and seafood gumbo. All was very good. I had the catfish Acadiana. I’m not a fan of thin cut catfish so it was just ok. The crawfish etouffe was good tho. The portions are very generous. Have enough leftovers for dinner tonight. Overall it was very good. Will go back

I’m genuinely curious then. Who is cookie?
Kamala Harris is no longer the dumbest MFer on the planet
Didn’t read any post just scrolled through looking for pics of some chick greasing a pole. You guys are slacking
Great story! And you’re right. I was just as excited as my friend was. When we got out the cart at the green I started videoing just in case it was in the hole. The video is awesome
We had about a 15 mph wind in our face so we hit six irons. We’re 60 years old, don’t judge lol. It was 142 yards

Witnessed a hole in one yesterday

A life long friend of mine aced #7 at Greystone yesterday. We heard it hit the stick but wasn’t sure where it went after that. It slam dunked the hole! Awesome to witness. My boy was pumped!
I don’t know who “the experts” are BUT someone is making the rules/laws on bag limits.
Will be ridiculous expensive
Something I’ve thought about. Yes it was a ridiculous acorn season but what if the deer numbers are down because for a long time now we have been able to shoot does all season long? I’m just wondering. I’m sure the experts know what they are doing but it makes me wonder
Worse season in a long time. Got two does early and didn’t see a rack buck all season. We have primarily hard woods near Woodville. Huge acorn crop killed us. Corn rotted on the ground and food plots look great because they had zero deer in them
Had two boxes and squirrels chewed the holes bigger and took over. Pissed me off. Is there anyway to keep them bastards out?
