Mom and 11 year old daughter killed in horrific wrong-way crash

An illegal immigrant from Mexico was allegedly drunk behind the wheel of a speeding SUV that crossed into incoming traffic and crashed head-on into a compact car, killing an innocent woman and her bright-eyed 11-year-old daughter, New Jersey authorities said.
Raul Luna-Perez, 43, has been living in Red Bank, N.J., since early 2023, federal sources told The Post. When and where he allegedly snuck into the U.S. is not known.
The suspect has been roaming free despite two DUI arrests in March and April, and a domestic violence arrest in 2023, according to records.
Luna-Perez walked away with minor injuries. His two passengers sustained minor injuries, for which they were treated and released.

It’s ridiculous to blindly allow any illegals to avoid our immigration laws, but I still can’t believe that once one ends up in trouble of any kind that Dems keep protecting them and expect illegals to have the same due process, rights, and privileges as citizens have.
Once a cop has to deal with them you would think common sense would prevail and support cooperation with ICE to have one less problem in the area on top of them not legally in the country in the first place, but the blue states and cities keep getting worse about stopping the cooperation with ICE.

I don’t see his citizenship status as the issue…ANYONE with this type of criminal record should not be roaming freely in society regardless of nationality or citizenship.

If bars are held responsible for over serving someone who goes out and kills someone with his car, then why aren't judges held to the same standard for putting criminals back out on the street to harm somebody else?

Agree.
I could at least see the case for someone who otherwise stays out of trouble and doesn't milk the public benefit system.
If you can't behave in a civilized manner you should have to go back, full stop.
