I’ve been hearing about Pre-K graduation, Kindergarten graduation, 5th grade graduation, junior high graduation, HS graduation, College Graduation
Don’t all these schools just let the kids pass thru anyways? Even through HS and college now as well? When was the last time you heard about a kid not being able to graduate 5th grade? Isn’t Pre-K just daycare?

That too.
I wish people would act like they have been to a graduation ceremony before, but maybe they haven't. Ma'am, this is not Juicy Krab.

My school district handles this one pretty well, I think. They call it a "moving up ceremony" and it is just a celebration of the time spent at the school. I like it.

My cousin attended a high school graduation party this past weekend that had a hired live band for entertainment.

Plus they last too long…my niece just graduated from a tiny private school with a graduating class of 13 people. The graduation lasted an hour and 45 minutes.

Yes. Also, a lot of schools are starting to let all the directionless high school kids graduate after junior year.

My favorite part is when they ask people to hold their applause until the end.
Cmon, you just challenged the very essence of a certain subculture present. What do you expect?

I’m in a typical suburb of a big city and it’s ridiculous at the elementary level
They have a ceremony each year when you go up to the next grade. They have to impress the Lulu moms.

It's a reflection of a social media driven society. ANything and everything has to be documented and celebrated for the approval of strangers.

I think it's a perfect retarded storm of what you just posted combined with the "everybody gets a trophy" mentality, a terrible mash-up.
