if you are not big then why does your shirt stick out so far and why do you have 3 distinct fat rolls on your side that can be seen through the shirt?
and why do you have to wear your jeans so low? maybe because your belly sits on top?

25.1 is the lowest end of the "overweight" range. If you actually do lift weights regularly then you'll probably dip into that. Otherwise, you look exactly how I'd imagine someone would with a 25.1 BMI.
I checked mine yesterday actually and it said my BMI was 28.7. I'm 6'1" and weight 217. I wouldn't consider myself a fatty in the least bit.

that would require a lot more thought than I put into it.

This is my current frame. If you stripped 90 lbs off of me, i'd look sickly.

Because we've been lied to about health and nutrition our entire lives.

but you are overweight
are you morbidly obese? no
but you are overweight, but not by much
a little exercise and a cleaner diet and you would lose that belly fat

Okay, sure.
I'm 6'2". I've been as low as 160 in my adult life.
The only people who called me "sickly" were morbidly obese.
I prefer to stay in the 180 lb range these days, which is still a healthy weight.
And FWIW, you would still be considered in the healthy range at 198 lbs

Because people would rather store sandwiches in their fat rolls than get on a treadmill. This country is nothing but a fat mill. And the "healthy" food we do have is filled with dyes, sprayed with shite and masked as healthy.

Maybe but I can see it on my screen so idk why its not showing up. I'll try it again.
P.s. Good play on words lol

Well, lets start with the fact that people in this country have been lied to by the government and medical community for decades so confusion is understandable. Wilfull ignorance is another thing.
Thinking diet coke is a healthy choice is one thing.
Not thinking fried chicken is bad is another.

lets just pretend that you are a peak specimen like Aaron Donald
you would obviously be an outlier, so why should we re-write the entire scale based off of you?
its a metric designed for population scale
it makes no sense to me why someone that is a clear outlier would care

Fried chicken is delicious. Why is fried chicken “bad”? In excess, it is possibly bad for your health, but it isn’t inherently “bad”. An otherwise healthy person can enjoy a piece of delicious fried chicken on occasion.

I love that use the scale that says I’m obese while being 5’11 225lbs, 11% body fat, can run a 5:35mile, sub 18 5k and at currently at my peak. Get out here with quoting and using that trash arse propaganda tool, I’ll take my obese BMi of 22-32 with my speed and athleticism any day.
