You only get one body. Amazing that people willfully allow themselves to look like a slob. If your BMI is above 40, might not be a good idea to start your day with a 600 calorie large caramel frappucino from Starbucks and 2 sausage biscuits from McDonalds

What about if it's only in the mid to upper 20s?

Incoming agreement from people with a BMI of 35 but "it don't apply to me, I just need to lose a few pounds"

There’s nothing worse than a grown man that doesn’t have the motivation to take care of himself both health and finances. There are zero excuses.

People who die in their 30’s thru 50’s save Medicare and SS a lot of money. They are heroes.

Why do people attribute ignorance to knowing neglect?

I don’t think unhappy fat women aren’t aware that their fraps are bad for them

Human nature.

1. We are not good at worrying about consequences in the distant future, such as dying at 62 instead of 82.

2. We are very good at thinking if we can't see a problem, it doesn't exist. If I don't know my bmi or cholesterol, it isn't bad.

I do some work in heavy equipment and its amazing how people let their heavy machinery slide. "It needs $50,000 in repairs? Seems like it works fine to me". Then they call on Saturday looking for parts or help.

Probably because they are so stupid it hurts for them to think.

Seriously! I cannot count the number of times I have overheard or been told directly some version of "this thinking stuff is haaard". Just accept the fact that 50% of the people you see everyday have trouble remembering how to tie their shoes. Nothing you can do to alleviate that kinda stupid.

Probably not a great idea to start your day with that no matter what.

I call that Toxic Biscuit Poisoning.
It’s epidemic in my neck of the woods.

Why do you care? Mind your own fricking business and quit worrying about other people.

You’re off base here. I couldn’t live with myself if I was as fat as some of these people

We care because insurance rates are through the roof because of fatties and smokers
