I love that use the scale that says I’m obese while being 5’11 225lbs, 11% body fat, can run a 5:35mile, sub 18 5k and at currently at my peak

I don't believe that you run a 5:35 mile but a sub 18 5k btw, especially at 225lbs. For one, those times are inconsistent with one another. Nick Bare is a similar height and 20+lbs lighter, and the whole running sphere pretty much agrees that he's juicing his arse off to get those kind of times. I was around 130lbs when I ran a 17:30 5k so I know how hard it is.

Now, I could be totally wrong and would admit it if y'all would post some proof.

You are carrying a lot of fat around with your muscle and it isn’t good for your health.

I'm trying to post a pic. Any idea why an imgur link wouldn't be working on here?

When I tried the first time, it wasn't imgur and I could see it but no one else could. When I tried the 2nd time, nothing showed up at all.

Make sure you're copying the actual image link that ends in png or jpg. Sometimes imgur links the album when you click copy, not the actual image.

Yep. Seed oils are the devil. Cut them out of my life as well as reduced processed carbs a year ago as part of a dietary effort to eat more meat and fruit.
I immediately started feeling better in my joints and energy levels went up. Got off of Flonase as well.

The reaction on here when you tell the fatties to stop eating fast food and stop drinking soda speaks volumes. They are addicted. It is why obesity and diabetes rates continue to skyrocket in this country.

Makes me wonder what the point is.

If people really don't care, then folks like OP are just skyscreaming for no reason.

Okay i'll try that. Let's see if it works this time.

I'm for sure not a pro athlete or anything but I certainly don't feel obese or anything of that nature. I'm just an average joe that tries to watch my diet and train 4-5 days a week.

Sorry for the pic being a mirror shot. Didn't have anyone around to take one for me.

ETA: just jumped on the scale at work and I must be down a few, I was 259.

if you are not big then why does your shirt stick out so far and why do you have 3 distinct fat rolls on your side that can be seen through the shirt?

and why do you have to wear your jeans so low? maybe because your belly sits on top

Exactly. I'm 6'4" 180,, BMI 21.5 with a flat belly and pant size is a comfortable 34. Ain't no way that big 260 pounder wears 32s

This x 100. I'm a pretty big guy at 6'3" 262 lbs. I work out 3-4 days a week lifting and train BJJ another 2-3. My waist is right around 32" but according to BMI, i'm obese.

To fall in the "normal" range for BMI, i'd have to weigh 175 lbs. I would look like a cancer patient at 175.
This single post was good for half my BMI thread bingo card.

I have a low BMI and take care of myself health-wise but don't get triggered when I see someone who is overweight. To me it's their choice and doesn't really affect me.

a single person being overweight doesn't affect anyone much

a society that is overweight, which is where we are, greatly affects us and the future health of our society

so

I've never once claimed to be in perfect physical shape (because I'm not).
Just said that's I'm not a very big person. Could I be in better shape? absolutely.
I fluctuate between 160# - 165# with a 32" waist.

not perfect, but damn sure not big.
Yet you held up yourself as an example of why the "whole BMI scale needs to be re-written." 25.1 pretty much translates to exactly how you describe yourself here.
