Just got in an argument with my trash guy

As I’m going to leave for work this morning the recycling truck is pulling up.
Some bozo parked their car on the street blocking my can so the recycling truck skipped my house. I ran down the driveway and tried to flag him down as he is at my neighbors. He looks right at me and sees me pulling my recycling can out into the road so he can get to it. Then he just drives off to the next house, so I start waving my arms at him.
He looks me in the eye, then just shrugs his shoulders at me and drives away. So then I run down the street to catch up with him, and he just drives as fast as he can out of my neighborhood skipping the last 2-3 houses.
Am I about to get tons of garbage dumped on my front lawn?

hell, this was an issue back in the 90s as well. My dad got me a portable basketball goal and we decided to put it out in the cul-de-sac since our driveway was on a sideways slope. The goal was against the curb halfway between our mailbox and the neighbor's mailbox.
The mailman skippe our house for a couple of days and then he finally wrote a note and said he's not going to stop at our mailbox until we move the goal, because it was interfering with the direct path his vehicle takes between mailboxes.

Brag here. My trash guy noticed a couple of small pieces of trash blew onto the ground when the mechanical lift dumped the can. He got out of the truck and picked them up and then mounted up and drove off. Kudos to my trash guy!

I guess you’re right. I’m not sure if I should submit a complaint to the city, or just ignore it. What I don’t need is a trash guy that hates me and starts fricking with me.
