Maybe, but maybe not. I can see it being some policy not to grab containers blocked by cars for liability reasons (someone claiming that he hit the car).
Also, not sure I’d be stopping to talk to some agitated dude jumping up and down in 2024 either. People are crazy and the dude is probably trying to stay on schedule and not get shot.

Yea it was one of the 500 people that seem to live in my neighbors house from time to time. That family is a mess, always got like 7 cars in front of their (and my) house.

This is the real issue. Some fricking selfish idiot parked their car without consideration given to anything/anyone around. Probably just a typical oblivious to their surroundings kind of moron, but that's who you should take beef with.
Are their car doors unlocked? Pop the trunk and dump that can in there.
