Don’t know who your trash is contracted through but I had a similar issue with a dickhead driver skipping my house. He was picking up my trash every other week instead of weekly. Called and politely raised a little fuss and they made his arse turn around and drive back out to my place. Met him at the end of the driveway and told him I better not catch his arse skipping my house again. Never had a problem since.

Your issue should be with the car who blocked your can. The trash should be all over his car at this point of the story. And would make for a much better story and “argument”
