Because there is zero chance of success and 100% chance of ruining you and your family's lives.

Those odds aren't very encouraging.

ETA-and frick Tucker on this one. Preaching shite from his Ivory tower while being scared shitless when protesters came to his house. Why didn't he smoke their asses and defend his family?

Eat a dick. They don't even let the BP do their jobs, they would string my arse up on kidnapping/attempted murder charges in a heartbeat for attempting to do something.

What are the feds stated reasons for needing to come and take down razor wire put up by state of Texas? Why on earth would they care to the point of sending resources down and then Fighting it all the way to the USSC?

I disagree with just singling out the men of Texas when it should be the men of every state to be honest

In no way should they have to shoulder the cost of this national concern.

If it is a local concern, they should be free to deal with it however the taxpayers see fit

They had a fighting chance and an ocean between them and the King's army/navy. They had help from France and THEY were the powerful people in the colonies. You get me some allies and a fighting chance, I'll wreck some shite.

Guarantee they wouldn't have tried that shite on British soil. That would be a more appropriate comparison.

Brave men they were. Stupid and reckless they were not.

I think Tucker was pissed and said this half-cocked.

Biden made it very clear if the men of Texas saddled up F16's would take them out. No one is this stupid.

When you are a state that elects a pussy like Ted Cruz, what do you expect?

We're reaching a boiling point where men from all over this nation are going to have to rally on this if we want to hold on to a fraction of what we had.

This board is full of men who just wanted to be left alone. There is strength in that and the resolve that a man who just wants to be left alone has. The problem is we know how the story ends for those type of men. We can all kiss our lives as know them goodbye when the Rubicon is crossed. There's no coming back from it and 99% of us haven't reached that point yet because of our families - but we're dangerously close. God help us and give us the strength to move forward when that time comes.

Tucker can lead the way. He can go to jail first for a country that DGAF about him(conservative men) anyway.

Same reason Tucker’s not going to do anything…

They have too much to lose.

So you just have to watch it burn.

It’s over.

It is our border so long as we are united

Yes yes. I get that. But the US is no longer united. Red vs blue states are. It's also 2024 and no-one is even remotely used to this kind of thinking or ready for that kind of sacrifice. I'm just being realistic. If Texas wants help, they're gonna have to act like they're interested in their own state and lead us.

If I'm wrong, then why are we all on our couch being keyboard warriors? Understand, I'm not judging. I'm no better.

But you're right. This issue IS extreme and we have every gd right and obligation to unfrick what our government is willfully doing to us.

I hate Texas football, but the state? I love. Have never lived or worked there. But if I had to go frick some shite up and bust some heads for a righteous reason, I know more MEN in Texas that would saddle up and ride with minimal to no questions asked than the rest of the states combined.
And that's not counting my nephew in the AF in San Antonio and his friends.

The country is fricked. Texas is kinda fricked, but if their state LE, Texas Rangers, NG etc and politicians/business leaders got behind it like in the colonies, you'd have mf'er rolling in from around the country and world to kick some arse.

Those men would be prosecuted to the full extent of the law, unlike the illegal filth they would be trying to hinder

The only way is if 10s of thousands of armed men go and shoot indiscriminately anyone who stands in the way. It will take many willing to risk everything. It would take cooperation by local state officials and maybe even border patrol fed up with it. If some of the feds and state officials start disobeying the govt to do what’s right it might force their hand. Or shite would pop off. Either way it’s the only way out at this point, the “system” won’t fix it and neither will voting. They won’t let Trump win

Texas is soft. Put a bunch of Okies down there and things would be different.
