Tucker is being unfair here—and I like the guy.
He need only look at the January 6 patriots currently rotting in prison to get his answer.

What are the feds stated reasons for needing to come and take down razor wire put up by state of Texas? Why on earth would they care to the point of sending resources down and then Fighting it all the way to the USSC?

The only possible explanation to take it down is that the Fed wants them to come across the border illegally and are actively aiding the invasion. No other explanation. The border at this point should be so secure that anyone found crossing deserves to be shot. Come across at a legal point of entry no excuses.

I wonder how many America First/MAGA patriots the illegitimate regime could incarcerate? I think after about 100k their resources would be tapped and they would have to start snuffing people.
