The fundamental flaw in Israel's "Hamas hides amongst civilian population" justification

First let me say what Hamas did is atrocious and every single one of them needs to be hunted down and eliminated. I have friends from the middle east who hate Hamas just as much as everyone else.
However, when did it become OK to carpet bomb thousands of civilians to root out a few terrorists? Israel's recent bombing of he Jabalya refugee camp is just the latest example of indiscriminate bombing and the palestinian death toll is already eight times larger than the Israelis - many of them women and children.
Even IF they are hiding amongst the civilians (in one of the most densely populated regions of the world) when did it become OK to take out the civilians as well just to get the terrorists? If someone is holding my child hostage and hiding behind them for cover, I would hope that they send in the most accurate snipers to take out the perp and not launch a grenade that would kill them both.
Total BS. They need to stop the killing now otherwise they are only sowing more seeds of hate and anti-Israel sentiments with every innocent life lost.

So they are supposed to just leave the terrorists alone and let this happen all over again? Hamas is doing this with the civilians to force Isreal to bow to international pressure and give them whatever they want, problem is they done pissed off the entire state of Isreal both Jewish and Arab that live there. it won't end well for Hamas or the "Citizens" of Gaza

The problem is, Israel wasn't allowed to fix this a long time ago.
This problem persists, because people foolishly insist on removing the band-aid as slowly as possible.
The net result is the same year after bloody year.
Israels needs to fix this once and for all, the overall body count will be no different, it will only happen all at once instead of drawn out year after bloody year.

In a restrained war, we try not to do that, such as Vietnam, Afghanistan, etc.

You are advocating Israeli surrender. And you ask, When did it become okay? Never, because it has ALWAYS been okay. It was okay when the Germans bombed London, when the Japanese raped Nanking, when we bombed Dresden and Nagasaki, and in every war since.

I do find it strange that this board is skeptical of corporate media, the intel agencies, and Pentagon on almost everything, but hey Israel says there are some terrorists in these buildings, so let's take them at their word and cheer on killing 400 people at a time.

While the death of civilians is regrettable, doing nothing is not an option. Israel did everything possible to alert civilians to get out of the area. If the civilians chose to stay then that's on them. If Hamas wouldn't allow the civilians to leave, then that's on them.

It's horrible, but your hand-wringing is an artifact of the pussification process you've gone through because your mind was not strong enough to think through the issues or fend itself from liberal bullshite.

Read about Berlin Germany at the end of ww2. Fire bomb the whole damn city. A city of several million leveled and burned. The holocaust ended and Hitler was stopped. War in Europe over. War is hell.

The fundamental flaw in your logic is that the "civilians" are allowing the terrorists to hide as long as the Israelis avoid collateral damage.
At some point, if these "refugees" are innocent, they need to turn on the terrorists and stop allowing them to use them as shields.
Hiroshima was a humanitarian disaster and many civilians died, but in the end, it saved countless lives. Hopefully this is the same. Otherwise, Hamas will continue to cause death and destruction in the Middle East.

I’ll say it again. There are no innocent civilians in Gaza. Level the strip and plant palm trees or whatever will grow there. There has to be a clear margin of protection around Israel. History proves that. They need a levee as like clockwork the terrorists return just like a rising river. Separate yourself from the cancer and kill as much of it as possible.

Many of those “civilians” cheered and spat on the naked corpses of young women as they were paraded through the streets. Many of them likely participated in the rape and abuse of hundreds of innocent people, including several Americans.

They have been warned for weeks to leave. If the "innocents" don't like their situation, they should fight against Hamas and take control of their lives. There is peaceful solution when Palestinians are not willing to live peacefully, Israel has tried for decades and look where it's got them. You should do some research and stop listening to MSM.

The fundamental flaw in your reasoning is that you think if the Jews stop, then the terrorists will surrender or stop doing terrorist things. They will not. This isn't the first time that Hamas has launched an attack then screamed "CEASE FIRE" as soon as Israel responded.
Netanyahu has seen this happen over and over, and he, and everyone in Israel, has had enough. Time to get this over with.
The other flaw in your thinking is that you think Hamas gives two warm shits about the civilians getting killed. Those assholes are getting EXACTLY what they want. They PURPOSELY hide among civilians and put arms and control centers in schools and hospitals in order to produce mass casualties. Israel warns civilians to leave an area to be bombed, but Hamas doesn't let them leave or convinces them that the Jews are lying.
They want pictures of dead people splashed across newspapers and TV screens in order to garner sympathy and get public support. It has obviously worked on you.
Hamas is the bad guy. Always has been and always will be, AND it's the bad guy the Palestinians overwhelmingly support. They want it. They got it. Whatever Israel has to do to get rid of that menace is fine by me.
