I’m actually in really good shape. Workout 5-6 times a week with strength training. I eat healthy about 80% of my meals. When I’m looking to “splurge” on a fast food meal, the PH Melt is an easy choice and great value.
Melt is actually made from PH’s thin crust dough. Which is elite.

Burger King with the App can be mad cheap.
I’ve paid as little as $22 for dinner for two adults + two children. All things in moderation, fast food being no exception, but sometimes it just hits the spot!
Without the App it’s more like $40-$45.

Jack in the box has a solid value menu but it can be a crapshoot with quality.
Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and 2 Tacos is about $5.

$2 sausage biscuit and hashbrown meal from McDonald, but you have to get it before 10:30a and it’ll send you to an early grave.

Burger King sends coupons in the mail around Baton Rouge every month.
The two of us enjoy the 2 chicken Sammiches and fries for $6.99. It was $5.49 until about a year ago.
But these deals are solid to feed the family for under $20. Comes in handy when we have the kids on a road trip or in a hurry. You can use multiple coupons at most BKs. Just rattle off the codes on the coupons like it's a value meal number. They know what's up.

Bruh, Foodland stores has the New York Strip whole roast for $6.99/pound and they cut it into steaks for you. I’ll take a 1 pound Strip steak slapped on the grill for $6.99 any day.

The Pizza Hut Melt. $6.99.
Got one the other day it was horrendous. I also say this as a fast food connoisseur who can put down some Pizza Hut. Now, it probably didn’t help that I was at the Pizza Hut in gentilly but it still sucked.

Just looking at calories per dollar, nothing tops taco bell bean and rice burrito for $1.
