Derek Jeter has reportedly finally found a buyer for his 9,000-foot square-foot medieval style New York mansion, known as Tiedemann Castle. It was originally put on the market for $14.75 million in 2018, but the Yankees legend had to slash the asking price in order to find a buyer, according to Page Six...

He paid about 2 but put probably another 3-4 in it.
14 Lake Shore Road Greenwood Lake for those interested.

It's a lake close to NYC - the problem is it's a +$10mm lake house on a lake with $1-2mm houses. Never going to get top dollar there.
