DeSantis needs to save his future. Or not, I really don’t care.

Write in WeeWee to save the GOP and save the USA.

ETA: My first act is office will be to sign a pardon full pardon for Trump. My second act in office will to sign an executive order placing AggieHank86 into rehab idiocracy style.

A few words as to why Desantis is the better candidate than The Trump, please.

And please don’t take the lazy, simpleminded route with “because he can win” and then slip out the back door. Be better than those other simplistic schmucks.

It truly sucks to find yourself stuck supporting a crappy candidate because the majority of those who generally share your ideology are too fricking STUPID to see how bad he is.

Trump appeals to simpleminded populists. Unfortunately, there are now a lot of them who vote in GOP primaries.

I'm about 50/50 on it. I would be happy with either, but it's obvious Trump is the preferred guy by over 50% of the primary field.

I lean Trump just to stick it to the deep state if he can win the general in 24. It will be a tight race regardless.

You probably should because there isn't one for Trump that doesn't involve going to court or playing golf

DeSantis future is just fine. He could easily be our senator or elected governor again 4 years after his term.

Your concern is noted though.

Time is an issue. I don’t know if we are quite there yet, but the longer this goes, the worse it is.

This is what people like Jon Scam, 14&Cucking and Marcuck Aurelius don’t understand. They’d rather take their ball and go home if Rhonda isn’t the nominee.

He has actual conservative policy wins that will make lasting change in Florida and has already created a deep red state out of a purple one.

His plan to fight the weaponization of the judicial branch and 3 letter agencies like the IRS is very thorough and makes the most sense to me. He puts a lot of importance on moving those agencies out of DC and spread out across the country to literally "drain the swamp" and fill those agencies with people outside of the DC corrupt swamp creatures that inhabit our capital. Moving them out of DC will also make them more relatable and connected to real life in America opposed to the DC swamp bubble.

He has a better understanding of the powers at his disposal to legally make things happen without having to kiss the arse of bureaucrats.

He doesn't care what is said about him in the media or online, doesn't feel like he has to respond to every single negative thing said about him by the MSM or online personalities, he doesn't let trying to gain praise from the other side effect his decision making

He doesn't have half the country that immediately hates him and drives them to vote against him, opposed to voting FOR their candidate

He knows when to keep his mouth shut and let his actions do the talking, instead of ranting and raging all hours on social media he just quietly gets things done that align with my conservative values

Is actively fighting against indoctrination in our schools and universities and has a detailed plan on how he'd combat progressive ideology in those institutions as president, leading to lasting change that actually swings the pendulum back right with our future generations and children

Just to name a few

I lean DeSantis because I noticed Trump not sticking it to the deep state in his first term, and in fact he pretty much showed his big gov't/fund the shite out of the deep state tendencies.

Voted LPA in the POTUS race in both 2016 and 2020, and will continue to do so for so for as long as Trump is the GOP candidate and Texas is GOP-safe.

Not giving the useless bastard my vote to brag about.

DeSantis as Florida governor was probably the better candidate. But DeSantis 2024 is GOPe filth. I could never trust someone like this and it’s a shame. He blew his political future over this run where he had no chance at actually winning
