Agree. C-Suite execs use them to cover their asses when they need to make large decisions and need to deflect blame. They have very limited practical experience, and their work product lacks substance.

Absolutely not. Besides the insufficient compensation, have you been in a Best Buy lately? It's like the electronics version of K-mart at their end. Empty shelves, shitty service, and still laughably overpriced. Not even sure how they stay open.
