I’d like to see nippolt out there and maybe tinker with the order a bit.

Feels like Tommy doesn't have an RBI since they put him in the 2 hole. Why the hell do you put your rbi machine in a spot where less guys will be on base

That’s not why he isn’t getting RBIs. He has come up with a shite ton of runners on base, and he has struck out a bunch.

See you've scaled back your Jobert criticism.

I'm good with your lineup except I would swap Crews and Pearson.

Think about this: For the past month Dugas has been in a huge slump. During that time he is batting .222. Nippolt is batting .195 for the season, most of which was non conference play.

You can’t protect Crews with Pearson. He won’t ever get pitched to.

Plus, Dugas gets hit and walks.

Tre made a scoop today to save a run and he was without a doubt the only player on the roster who could have made that play.

You're OK man. Appreciate your baseball posts. You're asking a tough question regarding Dugas.

He struck out twice with bases loaded. So he had the opportunities.

Some of you can't go to bed unless you're miserable.
Nippolt has been healthy all year hitting under .200

Dugas .300 all year, and he's In a rut.

50% of you are vocalizing that a fully healthy .290 hitter is worse than a sub.200 healthy hitter for no other reason than he wears the same uniform and that he's in a slump.

How does one get out of a slump other than hit his way out of a slump?

You saying you want Nippolt over Dugas in Omaha?

There's a method to all of this, and it's not your feelings

He’s a liability. I know he’s been clutch but just not the same since the injury.

I think he was hitting like .220 in SEC play before the injury.

I just don't know who else would make sense.

I would agree but Nipolt and Merrifield are just auto outs, I think you need to move him down to the 9 hole. Also Tre has to get out of the 3 hole.
