Go watch Code Blue Cam on YouTube. It's 90% Wisconsin crime and charges either get massively reduced or dropped completely. The police officers are top notch. There is even a guy named Noah who is seen on at least 3 videos.

there's a lot more destruction of property, fighting, and crying at a college party up there than in SEC country.

Pshhh. Our planners put a giant courtyard in front of the capital and reduced the neighboring interstate down to one lane.
Seems unrelated until you realize when traffic backs up and you're forced to sit for hours, the first building you can see from exactly eight miles away is the giant stone penis. It remains the only building you can see for 4 miles.
