Santa upgraded me from a Masterbuilt electric smoker to a Traeger 780 Pro. I cannot wait for the stores to open tomorrow, to get some stuff to smoke.

Induction cook top, 32 quart stainless steel fryer/pot, souse vide circulator to replace my old one that is on its last leg.

My sons’ best friend makes wooden spoons. I asked for one this year. Very unique and the way he makes the handle has very comfortable grip in multiple locations. The spoon is also at a bias and angled. Hope the pictures do it justice.

I could not wait until tomorrow to smoke something on my Traeger, so I defrosted some wings.

Nothing from Santa, but moms got me a nice 12 qt lsu stock pot, and sister in law gif is a bamboo charcuterie board that is heavy AF.
