You forgot Bob's Law: 0.39M = V
This gives you the perfect meat-to-water ratio in a slow cooked beef stew.

What's really nuts to me is I always wanted to know how did that equation come to pass. Teachers generally just say put X into Y and whatever. I hated it.
I don't know if you get that, but it was always don't give me the formula, I want to see the math. Most people probably don't, I get that. That's why I hated my teachers lol.

It allowed much more complicating algorithms that opened the doors to a lot of different sciences.

The hot dog equation. 1/2 paper towel, rolled around hot dog, soak wet, microwave for 1 minute.

It’s shocking that Georg Ohm is not included in this list.

I am surprised that the standard model of particle physics is excluded. It may be because even in Lagrangian it appears anything but elegant taking up an entire page.

I can honestly say that besides Pythagoras’ Theorem I have rarely (if ever) used any of those in real life.

Yeah, I would imagine most people don’t.
I find it super interesting though.

There was a time in my life that I could have told you a lot about some of these. As my age has progressed and my need for higher math has waned most are just a bunch of greek letters again! I could not even imagine how far back I would have to start to re-train myself...
