I'm surprised its that high because the only things I've had on my credit in the last 5 years is a Discover that I pay off monthly and a 0% loan on a Tundra.

We have now done:

-Salary
-Overtime
-Debt
-Mortgage payments
-Credit scores
-Probably a few I missed

Some dumb bastard on the OT has probably answered this shite truthfully and has a couple dozen folks across the world using his identity.

Was the score right above an offer for super great rates for special, elite credit score people?

I don’t know. It won’t matter from a practical standpoint, but I’m sure it’s fine.

OT ballers don’t give a frick about FICO scores. That’s only for common folk to get a better rate on the KIA they are financing.

Mine fluctuates in weird ways.

I went form a zero balance on a card to a $29 balance on a card and it dropped a few points. WHO GIVES A FLYING frick.

I won't get into the 800's for a couple years, in 2015 when I almost died and spent 6 months in the hospital straight from the end of 2015 through half of 2016. I got behind on some stuff and that won't drop off until they are 7 years old. Can't wait for that huge bump when the last baddie falls off. I have a 100% on time payment since then and my utilization hoovers between 0 and 10% depending on if I can catch my CC bill before it reports a balance. I still have good enough credit to finance whatever I want at a decent rate... once you pass 700 you start to hit diminishing returns and pretty much after 750 there are no more returns.

Discover card and 846, lol. You’re either 22 on daddy’s dime, or, you’re sitting at 620 and happy to get that card. Responsible people, who have wealth, don’t start threads about a bogus credit score. At least get a Sapphire or Platinum before you show your age.

You’re like my BIL who drives the ball 400+ consistently or my colleague who used to leg press 1,000lbs.

You can still get good rates in good and not great. And even before that you could buy houses you couldn’t even afford with shite credit.

Equity my guy.
