We finished around 80” in 2021 with most of that before the end of July.

Record for a year was 90” in 2016 after the massive flood.

No idea, but I’ve dumped out my overflowing 5 inch gauge a couple of times since 7/1. And more coming down right now.

If only there was a website you could type in this question and get instant results.

I did the tough research and was given about 165,000 results in 0.60 seconds.

It looks to be between 33 and 36 inches, depending upon where it was measured. It just seems like a ton because 75% or so of that total has occurred from about the end of June through today. Almost 2 months of daily rain has made us forget it was relatively dry for the first (almost) 6 months of the year.

It definitely makes cutting the grass a challenge, but I’ll take it over the 100+ heat indexes for sure.

That isn’t accurate. 33.7” at the airport maybe. Multiple neighborhoods are getting close to 50”

flooding in parts of MS gulf coast right now.

It's been solidly raining for like 6 hours now, still 6 more hours to go.

My yard is completely flooded

This site says 36” for the year. Seems low. Especially with 142” average. Rained half the days of July and Aug. Also seems low. 18” between those 2 months so far which I can believe we’ve had half our total the last 2 months.

We had 18” in July alone on the west side. I’ll have to look up the total when I’m at work later.
