2 disgusting LGBT@)E%+ in-your-face moments yesterday.

My son (7 years old) brought home his school chromebook and was doing the 'math adventures' the teacher encouraged him to. Keep in mind, sites like youtube, etc are locked out on this. it opens into 'school desktop' and should be providing a 'safe' environment so i don't overly monitor what he's doing.
i happened to walk by yesterday afternoon and was HORRIFIED to see no less than *FOUR* rectangular rainbow flag 'ads' sccattered around the educational game he was doing. One said "ARE YOU GAY?" and another said "LEARN MORE ABOUT GENDER IDENTIFY".
WHAT IN THE ACTUAL BARNEY FIFE frick.
I'm in a conservative area (small town) at a school attended by mainly farmer's kids and lower income blue collar parents. WHAT IN THE frick.
So later I went to show him a video on youtube (can't even remember what i was searching for now) on the tv and the COMMERCIAL youtube showed was for aspercreme and featured a frickING DRAG QUEEN COMPLAINING ABOUT SORE FEET FROM WEARING HEELS.

Here's an idea: take pictures and if you know any school board members or the administrator personally then ask them how the hell this is happening.
If you don't know any of them and/or they ignore you, post the pictures (with your question) to their social media pages, maybe try to get your local paper to run a story about it?
While I appreciate your angst and bringing this up here, the ultimate cure is you and other like-minded parents holding your local school system accountable.

Thanks for raising awareness. I'll be checking into my 7 and 8 yo's school now. My wife is a teacher there so I already keep close tabs, but wouldn't have thought to check in this area. They don't bring anything home but paper with homework assignments.

first off you should be at that school raising ten kinds of hell and then the school board.
always monitor what these scumbags want your kid to do.
i always checked my daughters homework when she brought home that school issues laptop. no ads of that sort on ours. she had a history teacher who made her watch certain YouTube videos but i made sure they were clean.
These groomer mentally ill POS will try to sneak shite in on your kid many different ways. sadly we are being attacked through every medium available now.

Google getting their diabolical grooming hands on children is your first clue there's going to be an issue. They will now have data on your kid(s) and know them better than you will. Congrats.
You need to talk to the teacher to find out if she was aware of these ads on this game she is "encouraging" kids to do.
All schools need to be forced to make sure Google(etc) isn't collecting/selling kids data or go back to text books, #2 pencils-bic pens/composition notebooks and trapper keepers.
This is ridiculous case of grooming.

Here's a sample of a reading list my 6th grade daughter had in her English class three years ago and what got my arse in action to get them to a charter school. (Notice the creator of this fine reading program at the bottom of the page)
Not sure if I attached it correctly. Anyway, we were given no heads up about this. I sent a letter to principal who called me back and said she would voice my concerns with superintendent. I think I CC'd the superintendent on the letter but didn't hear anything back. Our two kids are now at a charter that teaches the classics and does not incorporate this type of crap in their curriculum.
