Let’s see, the perp has a tattoo on his neck, drives a ‘vehicle’, and is wielding a ‘large caliber’ weapon? Those are the details that seem most pertinent and useful?
And they can tell the caliber by… the slug? Or did they just eyeball the aperture of the muzzle and notice it’s relatively large size?

Can you imaging the conversation the person or family at home trying had trying to figure out what happened to their delivery order on whatever app they used. Then calling the chic-fil-a and asking for the manager. "Hey, I am trying to find out about my order I placed through ..., chicken sandwich combo with a Cookies and Cream shake, instead of tea?". "Sir, this is a Chik-fil-a, not a Steak and Shake. We did not get the request to substitute a shake for the tea, and secondly, the person who picked up your order shot the drive through attendant. Please come to the store for pick up yourself, and we can adjust the order to add the Cookies and Cream shake at that time, thank you."
