Plessy was the law of the land for decades before Brown v Board of Education.

I knew I was stepping into. Just trying to offer an alternative thought. Oh well.

The Republic is too weak to survive if can be torn apart over not being able to chop up tiny humans.

What the f*ck does that have to do with overruling a 60-year-old case that had been decided 7-1.

Liberals are the ones who can’t defend RvW on its merits and strictly use the fact that the opinion was almost 50 years old and decided 7–2 to argue that RvW is some sort of liberal de facto Constitutional amendment that the current Supreme Court has no authority to overturn -- no matter how big of a steaming pile of dog sh!t it is.

One of the squad (I believe Tlaib) actually got on television the other day and said that the Supreme Court had no authority to overrule RvW. I believe there is a large part of the insane liberal population that actually believe that RvW is some sort of de facto Constitutional amendment. These insane f*cking freaks are brain-dead and brainwashed.

But you keep regurgitating their f*cking insanity. It looks good on you.

Not only that, but he effectively rewrote the law for ObamaCare which then enabled it to be passed. It’s unprecedented in almost every way yet hardly anyone talks about it.

And this was after Obama publicly shamed the court at the state of the union speech.

The draft opinion was just a draft. It's been puzzling to me how everybody is treating it like it's the final opinion of the Court.

IMHO, the final opinion of the Court will up-hold RvW.

We shall see.

Wrong.

At best for the insane FILTH, Roberts may be able to extort Kavanaugh or Barrett to vote for passing on ruling on RvW and just uphold the Mississippi law (no abortions after 15 weeks). Roberts would write the opinion and just say that the RvW issue isn't before the Court and they can only overturn it when a complete ban on abortions is before the Court. I firmly believe that's what he was trying to do before the draft was leaked.

The liberal scum will be pissed, but not nearly as pissed in the case of the Court taking away their perceived de facto Constitutional amendment of RvW.

But, at this point, there is no f*cking way they can “uphold" RvW or Casey.

Some rumors out there about his adopted kids.

I’m not saying it’s true, but the story goes that they are trafficked Irish children.

It may be why he decides what he decides.

He proves he’s a compromised POS if he doesn’t side the majority.

Didn’t he puss out on the Obamacare decision because he thought the “people” should decide?

Well let the people decide on Row by sending it back to the states.

So Robert's is appalled at the leak of decision but he let's the cat out of the bag that he is trying to change a vote.
The leak is atrocious and disgusting, just as Robert's has said, but to try and change a vote is even more so.

I dont buy this report at all. This is a ploy by media to amp things up and pressure SCOTUS

He was trying a horse trade. Protecting the past 15(?) week ban, in return for upholding Roe.

It was mentioned in the leak.

I think you just answered your own question. No one knows anything about any of this crap without social media. How many weeks did it take the population of the US in 1954 to even have a grasp of the Brown decision. What year did Thurgood Marshal get appointed to the court?

Isn't he the one that cast the deciding vote on Obama Care?

Yes he is.
After everyone around him said he is rock solid on striking down this unconstitutional BS.
Then the deep state showed him all the evidence compromising him from his Epstein involvement (and who knows what else).
Magically he created a couple of pages of word salad to try and justify his flip on the decision.
Roberts is easily blackmailed and a liability to this Republic. He should be impeached and removed from the SCOTUS. Not that it would improve the shitshow, but the statement is factual.

don't know much about the inner workings of judicial panels and all that crap but are other judges allowed to try to influence other judges or are decisions supposed to be reached individually?
Every important decision involves significant negotiation and horse-trading.
