Clearly not a normal 14 year old though....

Full scholarship offered at the age of 11. His parents must be really proud.

At 14 years old, Elijah Precciely enjoys many of the same things as most kids his age—except he is not your average teen.
“I'm trying to build an electrostatic generating socket. I don't know if that's a teenager thing, but I'm learning about it," Precciely said.
Precciely is a junior majoring in physics and chemical engineering at Southern University.
He started his college career back in 2019 as the youngest person ever to get a full-ride scholarship to the university at just 11 years old.

Good for him.
Aside: I would posit that more than 1% of the general populace at age 14 can pass college classes at Southern University.

Will that come on both 6 point and 12 point with 3/8" and 1/2" drives?

I never understood “skipping” a ton of grade levels. It creates socially awkward people and what in the grand scheme of things does it help the person? Traded 10 years of being around his peers and developing social skills that he can still get a phd later.

Good for that young baw. I hope someone sees fit to hire him, and that he does a good job.

Impressive!
Damn smart kid. He will make the world a better place most likely.

When I was at LSU, engineering students went to Southern for some electives because of the relative ease of getting an A there.
I believe I could have graduated from Southern at 14.
But good for that kid. It’s a head start for him.

I can’t even imagine how shitty the physics instruction at SU is. I’ve worked with poorly taught physics majors many times, work with one now, and holy shite they suck.

I get a smart kid going to college and all, but the poor kid misses out on some of the best times of his life...
Screw that...

I don’t really care what college he went went to. Graduating at 15 from college is just plain impressive

Some are 14 and in college, some are 16 in the 8th grade. Strange innit

God bless him and his parents. I hope he has a wonderful life.

Where's ole Volodd or whatever his screen name was? That him?
I know his real name and found him online but forgot his screen name. Dude had the most outrageous threads about college and degrees and shite.

He’s a 14 year old ‘genius’ who CHOSE to attend Southern???
Dude won’t be going far in life making shitty choices like that.

Outstanding !
So he graduated high school when he was 10 ?
Think about that for a minute.
Part of me wants to commend him.
Another part laments that he probably did not date any high school girls.
Now he will most likely go to grad school and wind up working for NASA at Goddard or Huntsville.
I hope he cures cancer.
Good luck to him.
