I bought my house in the Summer of 2020 for $321,900

It was a new build in a brand new neighborhood.

It's 3,000 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

I just looked at our developers current listings and they have a 1,650 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bath house for $324,900.

Holy shite.

I wouldn't add SQ to a 2 story. I'd just call it 1500 sq with a stairwell.
