This is such a genius move. Frank is an excellent recruiter, so he can take a lot of the recruiting duties off the hands of Kelly (who we know doesn’t LOVE if, but will still obviously be involved) and actually kill it. And we know he won’t up and leave because he hasn’t really succeeded as a HC elsewhere.

So we lock up a 2nd in command guy, who is an amazing culture fit, has opposite strengths of our HC, and won’t leave.

KILLER HIRE!
